Someone who's built his career across the GCC and MENA at the intersection of procurement, supply chain, and operations — moving through industries that share almost nothing in common. Every industry was its own puzzle: fresh challenges, new thinking, a distinct mix of sourcing, governance, and execution — none of it copy-pasted, each one sharpening me for the next. In every role, I've moved the needle beyond my own function, because my work is the backbone every other department quietly relies on.

End-to-end procurement and supply chain — sourcing strategy, vendor negotiations, contract execution, and source-to-pay. I don't just manage existing cycles — I build the workflows, scoring models, and reporting structures that drive measurable improvement. On the operations side, I design cross-functional processes and streamline execution across every department that depends on them.

I build the operational backbone — SOPs, governance frameworks, compliance policies, and process automation powered by AI-driven workflows. I lead ERP implementations, design internal systems, and use AI-assisted development to rapidly build tools, dashboards, and automation that solve real operational problems. I also manage the full bid lifecycle and equip teams to win contracts and scale. But what really sets me apart isn't the toolset — it's the curiosity to learn whatever the business needs next, and the belief that the best operators are the ones who never stop learning.
